Job Title: Junior Project Enablement Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Project Enablement team as a Junior Project Enablement Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the execution of comprehensive learning journeys, encompassing diverse business practices including strategy alignment, leadership development, innovation, coaching, and digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with Consultants and Facilitators: Work closely with our consultants and facilitators to manage online and offline training processes, ensuring high-quality and smooth participant experiences.
  2. Coordinate Project Logistics: Plan and coordinate project logistics, communication with clients and colleagues, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  3. Support Participants: Provide support to participants in virtual training experiences, ensuring their needs are met and they have a positive learning experience.
  4. Data Collection and Analysis: Assist in collecting and analyzing data for learning impact measurements, maintaining up-to-date client databases, and providing insights to improve our services.
  5. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint) and have knowledge of e-learning management or LMS technologies.
  6. Project Management: Demonstrate project management abilities, client focus, organizational skills, and accountability in your work.
  7. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, aligned with our company values, and be fluent in English.
