About the Role
LHR Americas is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for screening, planning, analyzing, and developing new business ventures and executing mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, and divestments for our client.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed due diligence on target companies, including financial analysis and commercial negotiations.
- Perform valuation of target companies using various methods and evaluate business plans.
- Develop negotiation strategies and commercial terms for transactions.
- Manage transaction execution, including selecting and working with advisors.
- Assemble initial offerings to potential investors and lead investor selection activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Business, or Finance from a recognized international program.
- At least 5 years of experience in business development, including joint venture transactions.
- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is advantageous.
Benefits
- Monthly base salary aligned with company employees with similar skills.
- Monthly overbase of 25% of monthly base salary.
- Benefits supplement of 20% of monthly base salary after 3 years of service.
