About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team at LHR Americas. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for screening, planning, analyzing, and developing new business ventures and executing mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, and divestments for our client.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate transaction proposals and actively manage the execution of such projects
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Business, or Finance from a recognized international program
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development, including joint venture transactions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
