About the Role

LHR Americas is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for screening, planning, analyzing, and developing new business ventures and executing mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, and divestments for our client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed due diligence on target companies, including financial analysis and commercial negotiations.
  • Perform valuation of target companies using various methods and evaluate business plans.
  • Develop negotiation strategies and commercial terms for transactions.
  • Manage transaction execution, including selecting and working with advisors.
  • Assemble initial offerings to potential investors and lead investor selection activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Business, or Finance from a recognized international program.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development, including joint venture transactions.
  • Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is advantageous.
