About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team at LHR Americas. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and executing mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and divestments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate transaction proposals and manage the execution of projects
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and expansion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Conduct due diligence and negotiate transactions to achieve successful outcomes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Business, or Finance from a recognized international program
  • At least 10-15 years of experience in business development, with a minimum of 5 years in joint venture transactions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
