Business Development Representative

We're looking for a talented individual to join our team as an Outbound Business Development Representative and help us drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with our sales and field marketing teams to manage inbound leads and develop outbound prospecting strategies.
- Utilize our tech stack to set up qualified appointments with key accounts, leveraging the MEDDPICC methodology.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets, including approved opportunities, sales qualified opportunities, and annual revenue targets.
- Build strong relationships with sales representatives and pre-sales engineers to qualify and nurture opportunities.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings to plan account goals and align outbound prospecting activities.
- Stay up-to-date with competitive products and market trends through online research and webinars.
- Excellent German and English communication skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written).
- 2-3 years of experience in Business Development and Sales.
- Proven experience with the MEDDPICC methodology.
- Familiarity with sales systems such as Salesforce, Salesloft, and Sales Navigator.
- Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas.
- Fixed schedule, Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, CET.
