High-Performance Sales Executive

ElbeFruit GmbH, a leading importer of premium snow peas and sugar snaps, is dedicated to delivering top-quality produce to the European and UK markets. We are seeking a dynamic, high-performance sales professional to drive business growth and expand our customer portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:- Expand and maintain a diverse customer portfolio, focusing on both retention and acquisition
- Analyze customer data to develop targeted sales strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and boost sales
- Manage the after-sales process, ensuring timely resolution of claims and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Confidently negotiate prices and close deals, maximizing sales and profit margins
- Ensure timely payment collections from customers, managing any issues promptly
- Identify and secure new suppliers to guarantee a steady supply of high-quality produce
- Quickly address and resolve customer issues to ensure ongoing satisfaction
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, continuously seeking improvements
- Evaluate and optimize sales activities to enhance efficiency and results
- Proven training and experience in sales methodologies, preferably within the fruit and vegetable sector and/or international trade
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a customer portfolio effectively
- Strong data analysis skills to drive strategic decision-making
- Exceptional negotiation skills, with a track record of closing deals successfully
- Experience in managing claims and after-sales processes
- Proven ability to ensure timely and complete payment collections
- Experience in acquiring and managing supplier relationships
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to act independently
- Familiarity with sales performance metrics and how to leverage them for success
- A goal-oriented mindset with a history of achieving targets
- Charismatic and charming, able to build strong relationships with clients
- Quick to respond to leads and close sales efficiently
- Confident and capable of acting independently without constant supervision
- A genuine passion for sales and driving business growth
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in one of the following languages is an advantage: French, Dutch, or German
