About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Alliances Specialist to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our Worldwide Alliances & Channels organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing business growth plans with our Strategic System Integrators (GSIs) in Iberia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute joint business plans with GSIs to generate new business on accounts based in Spain.
  • Define joint value propositions and create detailed go-to-market plans to strengthen our value proposition to the marketplace.
  • Own the GSI sales-execution strategy, with clear short-term and long-term revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with extended sales teams to develop joint business plans on an account level.
  • Coordinate SAS Sales and GSI Client Account Teams to ensure open and transparent communication and collaboration on opportunities.
  • Ensure joint business plans and opportunities are developed and progressing.
  • Develop and facilitate relationships with all SAS stakeholders in Iberia.
  • Scorecard reporting on current opportunities and pipeline.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
  • At least 8 years of sales/business development and partner business development experience in the software application industry.
  • Capacity to influence internal stakeholders and strong engagement with sales and customer advisory leadership.
  • Strong sales mindset and business sense with a drive to succeed.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in managing a large systems integrator.
  • Experience partnering with and building relationships within GSIs.
  • Excellent knowledge of alliance techniques and business partner relationship development strategies.
