At Lawton Senior Living, we're committed to delivering exceptional care and services to our residents. To achieve this, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Partner Alliances Manager to join our team.

The Challenge

As a result of our rapid growth and increasing demand for our services, we're looking for a seasoned professional to build and drive meaningful partnerships with a targeted set of FOCUS partners. In this role, you will be responsible for executing joint business plans, partner practice development, partner GTM (go-to-market) offerings, and joint engagements from a sales and service perspective.

Your Mission

In this role, you will:

  1. Develop and execute joint business plans with a FOCUS managed partner portfolio to drive revenue growth on new and existing opportunities.
  2. Build and maintain productive partner relationships through a consultative approach.
  3. Represent and present Lawton Senior Living's value proposition to partners and stakeholders.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic partnerships.
  5. Communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders, including C-level executives, to drive business growth.
  6. Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual goals and objectives related to partnership development and revenue growth.
