About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Alliances Manager to join our team at Empresa reconocida. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our partner management function and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Execute Partner Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive partner strategy to achieve sales goals and drive business growth.
  2. Build and Maintain Partner Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key partners, including Big 4 consulting firms and System Integrators, to drive business growth and achieve sales goals.
  3. Drive Sales Enablement: Work with partners to drive sales enablement and technical enablement, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
  4. Manage Partner Performance: Monitor and manage partner performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to ensure they meet their sales goals.
  5. Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to ensure alignment and drive business growth.
Requirements
  1. 8+ Years of Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in SaaS partner management, direct sales, or business development, with a strong track record of driving business growth.
  2. Strong Sales Mindset: A strong sales mindset, with the ability to drive business growth and achieve sales goals.
  3. Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
  4. Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze business data and make informed decisions.
