A Day in the Life
As a key member of the International Neuromodulation Customer Marketing team, you'll be responsible for developing insights, designing the end-to-end customer experience, and establishing deep expertise on the target customer segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the value proposition for the target customer audience, from developing insights to designing the end-to-end customer experience.
- Establish deep expertise on the target customer segment and integrate this expertise into the extended marketing team.
- Conduct market analyses to maintain an appropriate level of understanding of the target audience and develop insights, unmet needs, and new business opportunities.
- Orchestrate and integrate all elements of a great customer experience, including content, events, and campaigns.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need a degree in a relevant functional area, such as product marketing, and equivalent years of experience. You'll also need strong project management skills, the ability to develop and expand relationships with key physicians and Medtronic personnel, and fluency in English and the local language.
