Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team at Teleperformance Spain. As a Customer Support Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our international travelers and accommodation suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand and identify customer needs, providing timely and effective solutions to resolve issues.
  • Communicate with customers via various channels, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Clarify inquiries about services, payment, and technical requirements, providing accurate information and following established processes.
  • Utilize advanced communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives and improve customer experience.

Requirements

  • C2 level of Spanish and advanced English language proficiency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and spoken.
  • User-friendly PC skills, including Office 365, CRM Database, and other internal platforms.
  • A problem-solving and solution-driven mentality, with a positive and motivated mindset.
  • Goal-oriented work approach, with an open mind to changing priorities and business processes.
  • Affinity with accommodation platforms and experience within customer service or contact center environments.
