We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Accorhotel. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional phone support to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective phone support to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work closely with other departments, such as Front Desk and Accounting, to ensure seamless communication and resolution of guest concerns.
- Stay up-to-date on hotel facilities and services, and provide accurate information to guests.
- Document guest concerns and follow up to ensure proactive and long-term solutions.
- Consistently provide friendly, professional, and proactive guest service over the phone and through text messaging.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in hospitality, preferably in a similar customer service role.
- Proven team leadership skills, with a high level of energy and motivation.
- Proficient knowledge of computer systems, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in Spanish and English.
- Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
