Teleperformance Spain, a leading customer experience management company, is seeking a highly skilled Onboarding Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and ensuring the success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Team Leadership: Manage a team of specialized executives, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and KPIs.
  2. Business Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, including forecasting, opportunity development, and data analysis.
  3. Performance Management: Monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide coaching and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
  4. Communication: Effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure seamless collaboration and achieve business objectives.
  5. Problem-Solving: Analyze complex problems, identify solutions, and implement effective strategies to drive business growth and improve team performance.
Requirements:
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  2. Language Skills: High level of written and spoken English (C1). High/native level of Dutch, German, Swedish, and Danish is a plus.
  3. Experience: Previous managerial experience is desirable.
  4. Skills: Strong presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Passionate about sales, technology, and the internet, with a desire to learn and develop.
