About the Role

As a Working Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team in Barcelona and planning and organizing daily business. You will facilitate communication between the team and our client, work with the team to deliver against agreed SLA & KPI, and prepare weekly & monthly reports to Customer. You will also handle human resources, team building, team planning, and workforce management, as well as coordinate backup during holiday, illness, and team member departures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team in Barcelona and plan and organize daily business
  • Facilitate communication between the team and our client
  • Work with the team to deliver against agreed SLA & KPI
  • Prepare weekly & monthly reports to Customer
  • Handle human resources, team building, team planning, and workforce management
  • Coordinate backup during holiday, illness, and team member departures
Requirements

We're looking for a bilingual or proficient individual with advanced English and Spanish skills. You should have good knowledge of online marketing instruments, inbound campaigns, and customer journeys. At least 1 year's experience in digital marketing and with an e-mail marketing tool is required, preferably with first experience with a marketing automation tool (ideally Eloqua) and knowledge of nurturing, enrichment, and scoring. Experience in team management and knowledge of Windows/MS Office are also essential.
