Join Our Team as a Working Team Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Working Team Leader to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the team, planning and organizing daily business, and facilitating communication between the team and our client.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the team in Barcelona and plan and organize daily business
  • Facilitate communication between the team and our client
  • Work with the team to deliver against agreed SLA & KPI
  • Prepare weekly & monthly reports to Customer
  • Handle human resources, team building, team planning, and workforce management
  • Coordinate backup during holidays, illness, and team member departures
  • Define and set training objectives with the involvement or approval of the client
  • Organize the trainings and ensure all (marketing) automation specialists and proofreaders are well trained and up to date on the topics and processes
  • Train additional team members when needed, ensuring they reach the necessary level of knowledge to start working on the tool
  • Coach the team and keep them motivated
Requirements:
  • Bilingual or proficient in Portuguese with advanced English and Spanish
  • Good knowledge of online marketing instruments, inbound campaigns, and customer journeys
  • At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing and with an e-mail marketing tool, preferably with first experience in a marketing automation tool (ideally Eloqua) and knowledge of nurturing, enrichment, and scoring
  • Experienced in team management
  • Knowledge of Windows/MS Office
  • Exhibit excellent time management: detail-oriented, organized, able to manage priorities, and produce accurate work
  • Are a quick learner: ability to ramp up quickly and act on feedback constructively
  • Are a team player
What We Offer:
  • Part-time 25 hours/week permanent contract: Monday to Friday 9:00 to 14:00 or 13:00 to 18:00
  • Salary 14,600 euros gross/year + up to 1,200 euros gross/year in bonus
