Key Responsibilities

As a Client Relations Specialist, your role will encompass:

  • Managing inquiries via phone, email, and social media, ensuring prompt and professional responses to all client needs.
  • Addressing questions related to various brands and products across multiple sectors.
  • Continuously enhancing your knowledge of our brands and products to provide accurate information to customers.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • Fluency in French or German, with outstanding grammar and spelling capabilities.
  • A strong command of English, both written and spoken.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for delivering top-notch customer service.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles or call center environments is advantageous.
