Your Role
  • Delivering exceptional customer experiences during every interaction.
  • Managing inquiries via telephone, email, and social media, ensuring timely and professional responses to all customer and client needs.
  • Addressing questions related to various brands and products across multiple sectors.
  • Continuously enhancing brand and product knowledge to provide the highest quality information to our customers.
  • Embodying our company values and serving as a brand ambassador.
Qualifications
What you will bring to our team:
  • Fluency in a Nordic language with outstanding grammar and spelling abilities.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role or call center environment is advantageous.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
