Investor Relations Specialist

As an Investor Relations Associate at Reconocida Empresa, you will play a crucial role in coordinating our Investor Relations (IR) activities. Your primary focus will be on tracking market perception, maintaining the financial model, and disseminating key external insights to stakeholders. You will also be responsible for supporting investor engagement and IR team logistics.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Model Management: Ensure the financial model is up-to-date and accurately reflects the company's financial performance.
- Investor Database Management: Maintain the investor relations database and meeting records in the CRM system.
- Stakeholder Communication: Manage correspondence with external and internal stakeholders, including investors, analysts, and media representatives.
- Q&A Database Management: Anticipate and populate the Q&A database, especially ahead of key events.
- IR Activity Planning: Assist in planning and organizing IR activities, including calendar management and event coordination.
- Website Maintenance: Ensure the IR section of the website is up-to-date and accurately reflects company information.
- Ad-Hoc Support: Provide support to the Strategy, Investor Relations, and ESG team as needed.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience/qualification.
- Experience: Proven experience as a junior professional in an investor relations team or at an investment banking, Big 4, or strategy consulting company; healthcare experience is preferred.
- Skills: Business partnering, understanding customers and key stakeholders' interests and concerns, providing solutions, technical guidance to line managers and employees, strong team player with effective communication.
- Language: Fluency in English; other European languages are a plus.
