We are seeking a highly skilled Investor Relations Associate to join our team at Reconocida empresa. As a key member of our Investor Relations team, you will play a critical role in maintaining strong relationships with our investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Modeling and Analysis: Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial models, including inputting into financial guidance processes.
- Investor Database Management: Maintain the investor relations database and meeting records in our CRM system.
- Stakeholder Communication: Assist in managing correspondence with external and internal stakeholders, including investors, analysts, and other key stakeholders.
- Research and Insights: Help anticipate and populate the Q&A database, especially ahead of key events, and disseminate key external insights to stakeholders internally.
- IR Support: Assist in the preparation of IR briefing documents, reports, and presentations, and help plan and organize IR activities/calendar.
- Website Maintenance: Help keep the IR section of our website up-to-date.
- Ad-Hoc Support: Provide support to the Strategy, Investor Relations, and ESG team as needed.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience/qualification.
- Experience: Proven experience as a junior professional in an investor relations team or at an investment banking, Big 4, or strategy consulting company; healthcare experience is preferred.
- Business Acumen: Strong business partnering skills, with the ability to build strong, trusting cross-functional relationships.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide technical guidance to line managers and employees.
- Teamwork: Strong team player with effective communication skills.
- Language: Fluency in English; other European languages are a plus.
