Join Our Team as a Market Research Associate or Senior Market Research Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Market Research Associate or Senior Market Research Associate to join our Investor Development Team in London, Frankfurt, or Barcelona.

About the Role

The Investor Development Team is responsible for raising the visibility and engagement of Fitch ratings with global debt capital market constituents, particularly fixed income investors. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing direct marketing support, managing content distribution, and collaborating with the Marketing department to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct marketing support to the EMEA Investor Development Team
  • Manage content distribution, repurposing, and marketing to appropriate audiences
  • Be the point person for virtual events, liaising with the dedicated Events team
  • Be responsible for the IDT-led webinar platform and list management for marketing campaigns and virtual events
  • Run performance reports for marketing campaigns and contribute to the implementation of strategy for the Investor Development Team
  • Identify pertinent research, prepare customized messages, and distribute targeted emails to investor audiences
  • Work with IDT colleagues to extend the shelf-life of content and create cross-marketing campaigns
  • Compile marketing materials, pitch books, and presentations with guidance from senior team members

Requirements

We are looking for a high-energy, team-player who can work well both independently and collaboratively. Previous experience in a marketing or business development role is essential, with financial services experience being advantageous but not obligatory. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, as well as an interest in financial markets. Microsoft Office skills to a high standard are also necessary.
