**Job Summary**
We are seeking an Investor Relations Manager to develop and implement a robust investor relations strategy, fostering long-term relationships with financial stakeholders and supporting the company's growth and development.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain an investor relations plan to engage with investors and build lasting relationships.
- Manage the investor relations database and meeting records, monitoring interactions with the financial community, including investors, rating agencies, and advisors.
- Maintain regular contact with existing and prospective investors, providing updates on company performance, strategy, and key developments.
- Gather and share investor feedback with senior management.
- Monitor market trends and benchmark against industry peers.
- Prepare and produce high-quality marketing materials for the investor community, including annual and semi-annual results presentations, financial policies, and corporate events.
- Coordinate internal and external marketing events, such as annual results presentations and non-deal roadshows.
- Promote the digital evolution of the Investor Relations area on the corporate website, including downloadable files, interactive graphics, and news subscriptions.
- Periodically update the IR website with financial content, such as debt profiles, cash and liquidity positions, and refinancings.
- Implement a financial communication strategy, including a financial release calendar, social media, press contacts, internal communications, and news.
**Requirements**
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with investors and financial stakeholders. A strong understanding of financial markets and investor relations is essential, as well as experience in developing and implementing investor relations strategies.
