We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our Partnerships Sales Team at Ebury in Madrid. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and recruiting new partners for our rapidly expanding solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and recruit new partners across various industries, including Financial Institutions, Professional Services, and Real Estate companies.
  • On-board new partners and provide ongoing support to ensure their success.
  • Report on progress against plan and ensure that agreed targets are met.
  • Expand existing business and provide feedback to technology and product managers.
  • Support the Ebury strong client relationship/servicing culture through ongoing customer contact, quality customer service, and superior product knowledge.

Requirements:

  • 2-3+ years sales and/or partner management experience in a B2B financial services organization, ideally with at least 2 years' experience working with FX companies to originate strategic partnerships with affiliates and introducers.
  • Experience working with a network of affiliates, such as Real Estate companies and Law Firms, to offer FX and payment solutions to Retail clients is preferred.
  • Business/finance academic background is ideal.

  • Proven ability to bring passion, energy, and motivation to a sales organization.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and market share goals.
  • Comfortable with a phone sales approach.
  • Fluent Spanish and business-level English; first-class communication skills, able to win people over; commitment and buy-in.
  • Skilled negotiator, able to build and leverage relationships at senior levels.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, self-starter, with an understanding of the psychology of sales and the sales process.
