About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales & Business Development Specialist to join our team at A B C. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales targets by providing a premium customer experience and understanding customer needs.
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to increase our CRM database and drive business growth.
  • Manage inbound and outbound interactions with customers, delivering a unique selling experience and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with our Field Sales Team to support our Omnichannel strategy and create business opportunities.
  • Collect and share market feedback with relevant departments to inform business decisions.
  • Oversee the order-to-delivery process, ensuring customer satisfaction and upselling additional products or services where applicable.
About You
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales or Customer Satisfaction Services.
  • Bachelor's Degree or similar.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Knowledge of CRM management.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce would be a plus.
