Key Responsibilities- Achieve sales targets by providing a premium customer experience and understanding customer needs.
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to increase our CRM database and drive business growth.
- Manage inbound and outbound interactions with customers, delivering a unique selling experience and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with our Field Sales Team to support our Omnichannel strategy and create business opportunities.
- Collect and share market feedback with relevant departments to inform business decisions.
- Oversee the order-to-delivery process, ensuring customer satisfaction and upselling additional products or services where applicable.
- 3+ years of experience in Sales or Customer Satisfaction Services.
- Bachelor's Degree or similar.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Knowledge of CRM management.
- Knowledge of Salesforce would be a plus.
