We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Account Manager to join our team at Sabic Americas. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for defining, developing, and executing the strategic account plan for Renault and Stellantis Group.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for each OEM, leveraging technical and commercial knowledge to drive high-margin, value-added business.
- Represent Sabic Americas for the assigned OEMs, including all contractual and commercial arrangements.
- Secure Technical Approvals for Materials and Applications.
- Identify trends and priorities in the automotive market.
- Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the industry.
- Understand the roles and decision-making processes of key stakeholders.
- Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams both internally and externally.
- Provide accurate market intelligence on a timely basis.
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Polymer Chemistry or equivalent.
- At least 10 years of experience in business development, marketing, and/or sales in the automotive market with specific knowledge in polymers in the field of R&D, Manufacturing, Processing, or Technical Marketing.
- Fluent in English in speech and writing.
- Fluent in French and/or Italian (French or Italian mother tongue is preferred).
- Business-oriented mindset, negotiating, and decision-making skills.
- Leadership of cross-functional, matrix teams.
- Process-oriented.
- Executive presence and influence skills.
- High networking capabilities.
- Confident, initiative-taking, and self-starting attitude, with high energy and speed.
Six Sigma Green Belt or (Master) Black Belt certification.
