Job Title: Plant Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve Operational Excellence in the LI Facility, ensuring safety, reliability, and efficiency in compliance with local regulations and IMS rules.
  • Manage teams and operate production equipment at the Facility level, coordinating with other involved teams to achieve targets.
  • Ensure Safety Performance, Security, and Efficiency at the Facility level, with the support of HSE and Industrial Management teams.
  • Build and maintain Customer Operational Relationships, fostering positive customer and regional support.
  • Approve Facility Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) and manage Operational Transients, coordinating the capitalization/feedback/lessons learnt loop.
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain a strong and sustainable safety culture.
  • Experience in managing operational costs and budgets, recommending new opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
