Job Title: Plant Manager

Air Liquide, a leading global player in the gas industry, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Manager to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our facility, meeting customer demands, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure Operational Excellence in the facility, achieving safety, reliability, and efficiency targets.
  • Manage teams and operate production equipment, coordinating with other involved teams to achieve facility-level targets.
  • Develop and maintain a strong and sustainable safety culture, ensuring safety performance and security at the facility level.
  • Optimize local operating costs and budgets, recommending new opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
  • Interface with other teams, ensuring maintenance tasks are authorized, coordinated, and safely performed.
  • Manage HR resources in the facility, ensuring the availability of resources to execute site manager missions.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Operations, preferably in the gas industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.
