Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Account Manager to lead our sales activity for polymer products in the assigned territory, focusing on Germany and Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the business, managing sales targets, and building strong relationships with value chain partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and grow the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, OEMs, and distributors to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with local MDTS to grow the CBD and NPI pipeline and identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide market analysis and forecast to support business decision-making.
  • Lead or support cross-functional projects to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • University degree in Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, or Business Administration.
  • Fluency in German and English.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in a commercial role, preferably in segment or regional sales or BU.
  • Ability to work autonomously and deploy a positive attitude to explore new opportunities.
  • Willingness to travel abroad regularly.
  • Constructive attitude and eagerness to give and receive feedback.
  • Strong reporting skills to communicate findings and pursue alternatives.
