About the Role

The Veepee Group is a leading digital commerce company with a presence in 14 countries, achieving a 3.7 billion Euro turnover as of 2018. We are looking for a Central Support Agent to join our European activity and help our websites scale to their full potential by centralizing and managing daily technical support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide fast and useful support to the marketplace teams and connected sellers on a daily basis by managing, categorizing, and finding solutions to tickets via the internal tool (FreshDesk).
  • Communicate issues and bugs to the different marketplace teams.
  • Liaise with the proper product owner/product team/external partner to escalate risks, issues, and challenges, and assist them in the improvement of tools when possible.
  • Create and manage reports and analysis.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as technical support level.
  • Knowledge of Marketplace/API specific tools, MS office (+excel/Openoffice sheets mastering), and webtools.
  • Database comprehension and IT capacities.
  • Detailed knowledge of marketplace flows.
  • Good level of English and French is mandatory, Italian and/or Spanish are a plus.
  • Very good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, and a capacity to evolve in a complex and moving environment.
