About the Role
Veepee, a leading digital commerce company, is seeking a skilled Central Support Agent to join its European marketplace operations team. As a key member of our support team, you will play a crucial role in providing fast and effective support to our marketplace teams and connected sellers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve technical issues and tickets via our internal tool (FreshDesk) while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Communicate issues and bugs to the relevant marketplace teams and collaborate with product owners and external partners to escalate risks and challenges.
- Develop and maintain reports and analysis to support business decisions.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in technical support, preferably in a marketplace or API-specific environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, and web tools.
- Strong database comprehension and IT skills.
- Detailed knowledge of marketplace flows and processes.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English and French, with Italian and/or Spanish as a plus.

Recruitment Process
