Marketplace Operations Analyst

Job Purpose
Join our Cloud Systems & Services team to embark on a rewarding career in business optimization with one of the leading companies in the industry. As a Process Analyst, you will play a crucial role in projects aimed at enhancing quality, streamlining operations, and minimizing errors within our Cloud Marketplace.
In this position, you will collaborate with various stakeholders, including management, sales teams, IT, and customers, to gather and analyze data, providing insightful recommendations. You will ensure our TD SYNNEX Country sales teams deliver exceptional service and work closely with vendors for optimal platform utilization.
Your contributions will include designing innovative processes, such as automated billing and procurement systems, while analyzing and refining existing workflows. Additionally, you will participate in quality improvement initiatives and document business processes.
Our team's mission encompasses the rollout of diverse Cloud solutions across 21+ European countries. You will work closely with Business Unit leaders and partners to develop impactful strategies and deliver outstanding systems throughout Europe.

Responsibilities:
- Mapping process flows across Operations teams, collecting, documenting, and analyzing data, identifying process gaps, and supporting process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiencies.
- Creating process maps and documenting key business requirements necessary for evaluating opportunities.
- Developing value stream maps to identify and highlight potential areas for improvement.
- Coordinating and facilitating cross-functional meetings among stakeholders regarding various end-to-end business processes.
- Conducting root cause analysis of process inefficiencies by examining material flow, scheduling, production capacity, and constraints.
- Documenting current operational processes and the desired future state processes.
- Defining service level agreements (SLAs) and measuring results.
- Implementing new operational processes and escalating issues as necessary.
- Maintaining, managing, and continuously improving central processes.
- Documenting all processes accordingly: ensuring all necessary procedures and management processes are implemented to guarantee consistency and compliance across locations within the regional scope.
- Ensuring appropriate training and skill development for all staff regarding new processes or with outsourced parties.
- Managing ongoing communication with countries and other stakeholders about processes.
Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Exceptional customer service orientation.
- Ability to work autonomously and independently.
- A mindset of innovative thinking.
- Proficiency in the use of analytical tools such as data gathering and analysis, spreadsheets, flow-charting, and process diagramming.
- Project experience in Software Licensing, Support, or Customer Service functions is advantageous.
- Understanding of the IT Software / Services / SaaS industry is beneficial.
- Experience in the IT Channel, particularly with Pan European distributors or Software vendors, is a plus.
- Knowledge of finance and accounting processes is advantageous.
