Key Responsibilities
- Provide Fast and Useful Support: Manage, categorize, and find solutions to tickets via the internal tool (FreshDesk), while closely following up the answer lead time.
- Communicate Issues and Bugs: Inform the different marketplace teams about any issues or bugs that may affect the platform.
- Liaise with Product Owners and Teams: Regularly communicate with product owners, product teams, and external partners to escalate risks, issues, and challenges, and assist them in improving the tools when possible.
- Create and Manage Reports: Develop and manage reports and analysis to help improve the platform and support processes.
Requirements
- Technical Support Experience: 2+ years of experience in a technical support role.
- Marketplace and API Knowledge: Familiarity with marketplace and API-specific tools, MS Office, and web tools.
- Database and IT Skills: Understanding of database concepts and IT capacities.
- Marketplace Flows Knowledge: Detailed knowledge of marketplace flows and processes.
- Language Skills: Good level of English and French is mandatory, Italian and/or Spanish are a plus.
- Communication and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evolve in a complex and dynamic environment.
