**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Development Executive to join our team at Addactis Group. As a key player in our business development efforts, you will be responsible for driving growth and identifying new opportunities in the Spanish-speaking markets, including LATAM.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue in Spanish-speaking markets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on risk management and regulatory compliance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies

**Requirements**

  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales, particularly in the risk management and insurance industries
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including IFRS and Solvency II
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce and Hubspot
