Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled German speaking Customer Support Associate to join our team. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers in German and English.
Responsibilities:
- React to customer requests in German and English via various channels.
- Analyze problems and recommend corrective action via articles or solutions.
- Organize calls to perform deeper analysis and apply suggested solutions.
- Assist customers with technical testing for issues related to firewalls and specific requirements.
- Forward requests to responsible departments for escalations or collaborate according to processes and protocols.
- Update, translate, and create FAQ articles and internal processes pages in German.
Requirements:
- English and German language skills at C1 level.
- Clear and precise communication.
- Analytical thinking and ability to focus on a bigger picture.
- Conscientious and reliable work ethic.
- Ability to adapt to changing requirements.
- Flexibility in working hours.
