We are a leading financial services company seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic German Speaking Customer Advisor to join our team in Madrid.

As a German Speaking Customer Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our German-speaking clients.

Your primary responsibilities will include addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and offering support related to our financial products and services.

This position is on-site in our Madrid office, where you will work alongside a dynamic team to deliver outstanding customer support and contribute to our continued success in the finance sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with German-speaking clients through various channels such as phone, email, and chat, providing prompt and professional assistance to address their inquiries and concerns
  • Handle and resolve client issues effectively, ensuring that all concerns are addressed in a timely and satisfactory manner
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our financial products and services to offer accurate information and support to clients
  • Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor in all client interactions, fostering positive relationships and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction
  • Record all client interactions, feedback, and resolutions accurately in our customer management system to ensure proper follow-up and tracking
  • Provide valuable feedback to management regarding common client issues, trends, and areas for improvement to enhance our service offerings
  • Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless client experience and to share best practices and insights
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required, along with proficiency in English for internal communications
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous but not mandatory. We value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and empathetic manner
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically to resolve client issues effectively
  • Comfortable using computers and various software applications; experience with customer management systems is a plus
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Collaborative attitude and the ability to work well with others to achieve common goals
