About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Sales Professional to join our team at Embat. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing relationships with mid-market and enterprise customers, understanding their financial needs, and articulating the value proposition of our treasury management solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with finance teams, understanding their needs and pain points.
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, managing both short-cycle and long-cycle sales.
  • Product Expertise: Work closely with our Product team to identify client pain points and priorities, becoming a subject matter expert in our treasury management solutions.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Effectively communicate with C-level executives, senior managers, and other stakeholders, building strong relationships and trust.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our sales and product teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Experience: 4+ years in customer-related roles, with a strong understanding of B2B software solutions and finance.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and Spanish, with additional languages a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with sales prospecting tools and CRMs, preferably Hubspot.
  • Soft Skills: Perseverant, experienced, team player, doer, and adaptable.
