About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Account Executive to join our team at Samaipata. As a Finance Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing relationships with mid-market and enterprise customers, understanding their financial needs, and articulating the value proposition of our treasury management solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Financial Needs Assessment: Understand the financial needs and pain points of our customers, including treasury management and cash flow optimization.
  2. Sales and Retention: Manage inbound leads and the entire sales and retention process for mid and large size businesses, interacting with their finance teams.
  3. Lead Generation: Generate your own leads through targeted outbound campaigns, leveraging your expertise in financial services and treasury management.
  4. Stakeholder Management: Expertly manage multiple stakeholders, including C-level executives and senior managers, to ensure successful sales and customer relationships.
  5. Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our treasury management solutions and work closely with our Product team to identify client pain points and priorities.
Requirements
  1. Experience: 4+ years of experience in customer-related roles, including sales and client relationship management, with a strong understanding of B2B software solutions and finance.
  2. Language Skills: Fluency in English and Spanish, with additional languages a plus.
  3. Team Player: A collaborative mindset, with a focus on teamwork and communication.
