We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Coach to join our team at Shiji Group. As a key member of our Customer Success Team, you will be responsible for driving customer adoption and engagement of our ReviewPro products.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Onboarding: Ensure seamless onboarding of new clients, providing training and support to help them maximize the value of our solutions.
  2. Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients in the DACH region, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to drive growth and success.
  3. Product Adoption: Work closely with clients to identify opportunities for increased adoption and engagement of our ReviewPro tool, providing regular training and support to ensure they are getting the most out of our solutions.
  4. Client Health and Happiness: Monitor client health and happiness levels, providing proactive support to address any issues or concerns and ensure long-term success.
  5. Upsell and Cross-sell Opportunities: Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our client relationships.
  6. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with our Customer Success Team, Sales Teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration to drive customer success.
Requirements
  1. Language Skills: Native level of German and professional level of English language; additional language skills are a plus.
  2. Customer-Focused: Empathetic, people-oriented, and a great relationship builder with a strong ability to understand and meet customer needs.
  3. Experience and Skills: Experience in account management or customer success role, preferably in the hospitality industry, with strong aptitude for technology and results-driven approach.
  4. Team Player: Strong networking skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
