This role is for an Enterprise Account Executive focused on the French market, ideal for those who excel in building rapport with diverse clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and nurture long-lasting relationships with major global brands.
  • Enhance revenue streams through new client acquisition, upselling, cross-selling, and contract renewals.
  • Oversee the entire sales process from initial outreach to closing deals, managing both ongoing and complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Foster strong connections with current clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored Semrush solutions to drive their growth.
  • Deliver a customer-centric sales experience that leverages automation and behavioral insights.
  • Ensure clients receive optimal value from our offerings, helping them achieve their business goals.
Candidate Profile:
  • Proficient in English (C1/C2 level).
  • Fluent in French (native or near-native proficiency).
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in SaaS sales, particularly in mid-market or enterprise roles, with a proven track record of closing deals exceeding $250k ARR.
  • Demonstrated ability to surpass sales objectives and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing key decision-makers.
  • Familiarity with various sales methodologies, including Sandler, Challenger, SPIN, or MEDDIC.
  • Highly organized with a structured approach to achieving consistent results.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business or Sales.
  • Experience in Martech or related fields is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to travel as needed, though not mandatory.

About the Team:

At Semrush, we are expanding our sales team and seeking exceptional Enterprise Account Executives. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving revenue through new customer acquisition (20%) and renewals (80%). You will collaborate closely with various teams, including Onboarding, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing, to retain and grow our largest accounts.

Our sales team is structured into specialized subteams, including Regional Sales, Pre-Sales Engineers, Customer Engagement & Renewal Specialists, and Sales Analytics.

Our team is diverse and multinational, with members fluent in six languages, creating a vibrant and dynamic work environment.
