About this Role

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team as a Conference Sales Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging and building relationships with senior executives within our strategic global 500 accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consistently exceed sales quotas by retaining, growing, and prospecting attendees within your territory
  • Collaborate across sales teams to drive great partnerships and client relationships, sales, and leads
  • Research and find new leads and contacts within named account territory

Requirements

  • 0-4 years of sales experience
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment and be motivated to take on new challenges
  • Excellent English and Italian language oral and written communication skills with a high level of business acumen
  • Second language is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently as well as in a team environment
