We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Care & Fashion Advisor to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our Customer Care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our international premium clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide advisory and support services to our international premium clients concerning the order process.
- Answer customer requests (phone calls and emails) and provide the best-in-class customer service based on a fine understanding of the e-commerce business.
- Continuous improvement of internal processes.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot product/customer-related issues.
- Excellent verbal and written knowledge of US English at a native level.
- First experience in the customer care or any other service-oriented industry.
- Conscientiousness when dealing with customer data.
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure, capacity for teamwork.
- Proactive, good organizational skills, and time management.
- Working computer skills required (MS-Office).
- Experience with ticketing systems preferred.
- Up to 32 days of holiday, depending on the length of service.
