Job Title: Strategic Proposal Lead

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert support to Sales teams from opportunity identification to contract formalization for strategic operations.
  • Define and implement a winning strategy, ensuring competitiveness, sustainability, and perfect preparation of offers.
  • Establish trust relationships with key clients, collaborating with Sales and Market Access teams.
  • Participate in public procurement forums and workshops, staying up-to-date with market trends and competition.
  • Review and analyze documentation, ensuring compliance with strategy and simulations.
  • Apply knowledge to future bidding strategies, driving business growth and success.
  • Provide contractual and dispute advice, leading the strategy in litigations and ensuring timely management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Health Science, Law, or Economics.
  • Experience in public tender processes, Sales, Tenders, or Legal teams in commercial affiliates.
  • High knowledge of public procurement law and process.
  • Capability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively.
  • Very high level of Spanish and high level of English.
