Position Overview

The Sales Representative for Nordic Regions is tasked with acquiring new business from both current and prospective clients within a designated sales area. Candidates will be accountable for meeting revenue targets by managing, cultivating, and expanding a pipeline of sales prospects. This will be achieved through following up on qualified leads generated by the Sales Development team, as well as proactive outreach to targeted prospects and customer lists. You will gain valuable experience engaging with clients across various industries and geographical locations. Autodesk provides a dynamic, innovative environment where you will receive the necessary tools, resources, and exceptional leadership to market leading design software and advance your career.

Sales Representatives will strategically identify and qualify opportunities within their assigned region. They will collaborate closely with Sales Development representatives, field-based Territory Sales Executives, and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and prioritize high-potential target accounts within a specified territory Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives to ensure timely follow-up on sales leads Generate and close new business opportunities to enhance the sales pipeline within the assigned territory Quickly identify key decision-makers and influencers along with their respective business needs, timelines, and budgets Ensure that the needs of prospects and customers are understood and addressed by demonstrating how Autodesk solutions can enhance their business Utilize phone, email, and web-based communication as primary methods of connecting with clients Conduct in-person sales meetings with decision-makers to secure significant deals Leverage field-based Territory Sales Executives as needed Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners to enhance overall territory performance and exceed customer expectations Assemble the appropriate team for each opportunity, coordinating Autodesk personnel including presales, consultants, and services to deliver value to the client Provide accurate and timely sales forecasting and updates to sales management Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales quotas

Minimum Qualifications

Professional demeanor with strong organizational, planning, communication, and problem-solving skills Excellent presentation skills for virtual meetings Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent sales processes Demonstrated ability to collaborate with remote team members Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Commitment to continuously enhance sales skills through on-the-job coaching and self-directed learning Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment Proficiency in English and any Nordic language
