We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Babel Profiles. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Nordic market.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and identify potential clients in the Nordic market to generate new business opportunities
  • Engage with potential clients through outbound sales activities, including phone, email, and other channels
  • Assist in presenting our company's solutions to prospects and collaborate with senior sales team members to deliver product demos
  • Support negotiations by preparing relevant materials and following up with prospects to ensure smooth transitions through the sales funnel
  • Collaborate with the sales team to track progress, gather feedback, and refine outbound strategies

  • Ability to take ownership of personal performance and outcomes
