Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative to join our team at Babel Profiles S.L. in Barcelona. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Nordic market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research and identify potential clients in the Nordic market to generate new business opportunities
  • Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to engage potential clients across various roles
  • Collaborate with senior sales team members to deliver product demos and present company solutions to prospects
  • Support negotiations by preparing relevant materials and following up with prospects
  • Work closely with the sales team to track progress, gather feedback, and refine outbound strategies
Requirements
  • Experience in a comparable sales role
  • Ability to take ownership of personal performance and outcomes
  • Willingness to propose value-driven solutions and continuously seek improvement
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
