Strategic Territory Sales Representative

Position Overview
The Strategic Territory Sales Representative is responsible for driving business growth in key Nordic markets by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities. This role requires a strong understanding of the local market and the ability to build relationships with key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets in assigned Nordic territories
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer success, and technical sales, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the Nordic market
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including cross-sell and upsell initiatives
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the local market, including customer needs and competitor activity
- Provide regular sales forecasts and updates to management
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in the Nordic market, with a strong understanding of local business practices and customs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Fluent English and Nordic language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
