Job Title: Strategic Territory Sales Representative

At Autodesk, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Territory Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion in our strategic territory accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive new and expansion business within strategic territory accounts.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders to drive growth and revenue expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer success, technical sales, and marketing, to develop and execute account plans.
  • Evaluate customer profiles, create value messaging, and target key steps needed to execute account plans.
  • Foster important relationships within accounts, including key decision makers, and translate customer challenges and opportunities into unique business value.
  • Negotiate deals and contracts at various levels within targeted accounts, either with or on behalf of channel partners.
  • Deliver accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts of business.
Requirements:
  • Familiarity with sales process and certain selling methodologies, such as TAS, Value Selling, and Solution Selling.
  • Fluent English and German language skills.
  • Familiarity with sales logging applications, such as Salesforce.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and manage difficult situations while remaining upbeat and positive at all times.
  • Team-oriented, self-starter, high energy, and results-oriented.
  • Highly computer skills, including internet, SFDC, email, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and database management.
  • Inside sales/office-based sales experience.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent sales cycles.
  • Experience communicating product benefits appropriate for each prospect.
