We are Trucksters, a digital transport operator based on truck relays, one of the fastest growing Spanish startups. We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated **Sales Development Representative Lead **to join our team.

As a **Sales Development Representative Lead**, your primary responsibility is to lead and manage a team of SDRs. You will be responsible for guiding and mentoring the team members, ensuring their productivity, and driving their success in meeting set KPIs and objectives. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in analyzing KPIs, providing insights, and reporting on the team's performance.

**Key responsabilities**:

- ** Team Management**: Lead and manage a team of SDRs, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure their professional development and success.
- ** Lead Acquisition and Qualification**: Oversee the lead acquisition process, establish strategies to generate interest, and guide the team in effectively engaging with leads and qualifying them.
- ** KPI Analysis and Reporting**: Conduct in-depth analysis of team KPIs, including lead generation, conversion rates, and appointments set. Provide insights and actionable recommendations to improve performance and achieve targets.
- ** Performance Tracking**: Implement systems to track and monitor individual and team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to drive continuous improvement.
- ** Process Optimization**: Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize lead acquisition and qualification processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- ** Collaboration**: Collaborate closely with other teams, such as sales and marketing, to align strategies, share insights, and enhance overall sales performance.
- ** Reporting and Presentation**: Prepare and present comprehensive reports and presentations on team performance, KPI analysis, and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.
- **Leadership Skills**: Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage and motivate a team of SDRs, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- **Analytical Skills**: Proficiency in analyzing KPIs and sales data, with the ability to draw meaningful insights, identify trends, and provide data-driven recommendations.
- **Communication and Presentation Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate insights, present reports, and influence stakeholders.
- **Team Management Experience**: Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a team of SDRs, setting goals, providing feedback, and driving performance.
- **Sales and Marketing Expertise**: In-depth understanding of sales and marketing principles, lead acquisition, and qualification processes.
- **KPI-Oriented Mindset**: Strong focus on meeting and exceeding KPIs and objectives, with experience in setting targets and monitoring progress.
- **CRM and Reporting Tools**: Proficiency in utilizing CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and reporting tools to track and analyze sales data and generate reports.
- **Strategic Thinking**: Ability to think strategically, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to optimize team performance and achieve goals.
