### Job Title: Sales Development Representative
#### Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at WorkMotion. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our expansion in the Western European market through strategic outbound and inbound prospecting efforts.
#### Key Responsibilities
* Drive WorkMotion's expansion in the Western European market through strategic outbound and inbound prospecting efforts
* Represent WorkMotion at local fairs and international conferences
* Generate and qualify sales leads to turn into opportunities and closed business
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement effective inbound lead generation strategies
* Support WM's strategic market expansion goals by actively participating in local fairs, connecting with target audiences, and generating qualified leads
* Collaborate with the Account Executives to optimize the current workflow by sharing ideas and implementing new strategies
* Provide insights and feedback to refine marketing strategies based on direct prospect interactions
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of lead conversion processes through data-driven analysis and experimentation
#### Requirements
* Experience in a customer-facing, ideally sales-related role, such as Lead Generation, Promoter, or Fundraiser etc.
* Bachelor's degree in any communication-related (, Foreign Languages, Humanities) or business-related field - or qualification by equivalent, relevant experience
* Tech-savvy with motivation and capacity to master new tools, such as CRMs ( HubSpot) fast
* Native-level skills in English required, Dutch and Swedish are a plus
* Proactive nature with the ability to solve problems with a sense of urgency
* Great communicator, convincing both in spoken and written language
* Adaptable and comfortable with a fast-paced environment
* Active in relationship building, collaborating with internal and external teams to consistently improve processes and communication workflows
