About the Role

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales growth through targeted outreach and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify key decision-makers and tailor sales approaches to meet their needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders through regular communication and follow-up
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share insights and best practices, and drive sales growth through joint initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 1+ years of work history in a pipeline generation role as an SDR in the technology sales industry or SaaS
  • Demonstrated track record in an early-stage company or highly ambiguous environment
  • Advanced knowledge of English and fluent Spanish is mandatory
  • Understanding of B2B data sources and tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, Sales Navigator, etc.)
  • Goal-oriented, ownership mentality, and curiosity
  • Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
